We would like to start off this special article by saying Congratulations to Beyoncé and Jay-Z. So overwhelmed with Joy for them both! We’ve watched Beyoncé grow throughout all these years. She has won so many awards and has achieved numerous goals. But we believe she has just gained her greatest gift. A child! Love ya Bey!

It’s hard to think of anything veteran VMA star Beyoncé could have done to make her Sunday (August 28) performance slot during the big show an even bigger deal. Except maybe using it to reveal that she’s pregnant.

“Tonight I want you to stand up on your feet, I want you to feel the love that’s growing inside of me,” Queen B said as an introduction to “Love on Top,” hinting to the world the news that she had alluded to on the black carpet just an hour before when she cradled her belly and teased that she would be making some kind of “announcement.”

Beyoncé: Is Taking Down The House At The 2011 VMA’s! [News]



Beyoncé, who instructed girls to run the world with her VMA-nominated smash song, will now run the stage at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards.

The “Run the World (Girls)” singer, who has three nominations this year (including Best Female Video, Best Choreography and Best Cinematography) and is the previous recipient of nine Moonmen, including 2009′s Video of the Year award for “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It),” will join the lineup of 2011 VMA performers, which already includes Lady Gaga, Adele, Bruno Mars, Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, Young the Giant, Pitbull and Ne-Yo. Jessie J will serve as a house artist for the ceremony.

Beyoncé: Nominated For 3 MTV 2011 Video Music Awards | VOTE NOW! [News]



Fresh off singles like “Best Thing I Never Had,” “She Ain’t You” and “Super Bass,” Beyoncé, Chris Brown and Nicki Minaj are among those nominated for 2011 MTV Video Music Awards. Revealed as nominees late Wednesday, they join Bruno Mars, Kanye West, Adele, and Katy Perry as leading nominees.

On the strength of the lead single for “4,” “Run The World (Girls),” Beyoncé has been nominated for a total of three awards including Best Female Video and Best Choreography tying with breakthrough Hip Hop star Nicki Minaj.

The 2011 MTV Video Music Awards air Sunday, August 28 from Los Angeles. Performers and presenters are expected to be announced at a later date.

“Beyoncé changes outfits for an appearance in the press room following her performance at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Sunday (May 22) in Las Vegas, Nev.

The 29-year-old entertainer received the Billboard Millennium Award earlier in the evening for her career achievements.

Bey gave a show stopping performance of her new single “Run the World (Girls)” and was then presented the special award by her mother Tina Knowles.”

Beyoncé will receive an all-star tribute when she is honored with the Billboard Millennium Award at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards, which will air Sunday night (May 22) on ABC at 8-11pm ET/PT from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

Among the luminaries saluting the first lady of R&B are First Lady Michelle Obama; singing legend Barbra Streisand; pop star Lady Gaga; U2 frontman Bono; and the incomparable Stevie Wonder.

The Billboard Millennium Award will recognize Beyonce’s career achievements and influence in the music industry, from her role as the frontwoman of Destiny’s Child to her three chart-topping solo albums. The singer will release her fourth studio album, “4,” on June 28, while the eye-popping music video for first single “Run the World (Girls)” was unveiled this week.

Billboard is awarding Beyoncé with the 2011 Billboard Millennium Award.

Queen Bey has been topping Billboard’s charts since 2003 as a solo artist, she will be honored May 22nd at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

The “Single Ladies” singer will also be celebrated by her peers, Cee-Lo Green, Nicki Minaj, Pitbull, The Black Eyed Peas, Rihanna, Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum and Taio Cruz who will all perform in salute to the diva.
