Someone at a venue in Las Vegas recently recorded Beyoncé rehearsing “Crazy in Love” and “Superstition” by Stevie Wonder. So maybe the rumors are true. She might be performing tonight for New Year’s Eve at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas. We’ll have to wait and see.

Beyoncé: Will Perform In Las Vegas On New Year’s Eve? [News]



“Coldplay and Jay-Z, who will be there with wife Beyonce, have each been paid up to $1 million to perform for 2500 invited guests at the Cosmopolitan hotel. Sources said the lavish opening party is a massive spend by Deutsche Bank, which bought the 2995-room property in 2008 when it was in foreclosure and spent $3.9 billion to complete it.

Andrew Fox, CEO of newyearseve.com, which sells event tickets, said: “To my knowledge, this is the biggest spend on New Year’s Eve — $25 million over the weekend for 4,000 guests.”

A Cosmopolitan rep said, “Gwyneth and Beyonce are not confirmed for any kind of performance at this point. It would be incorrect to use the number $25 million.” Continue the article after the jump. (more…)

The singer Cheryl Cole, former Girl’s Aloud and contestant on X Factor said in an interview on T4 that “Beyonce is the female version of Michael Jackson, because she can do anything.” Furthermore, the singer also feels that the Queen Bey is one of the sexiest women in the world. Beyoncé & Jay-Z: Spotted On Hotel Balcony In Perth, Australia [Photos]



Jay-Z and Beyoncé were spotted on the balcony of their hotel in Perth taking in the oceanfront view on Sunday December 19th.

The cuddling couple who were recently in the studio with Sneaky Sound System, drew a crowd of curious onlookers and paparazzi who were eager to catch a glimpse of the pair.

Beyoncé is travelling with Jay-Z as he continues to tour as the opening act for U2?s 360° Tour.

The rapper performed at Patersons Stadium on Saturday night where he was joined by Linkin Park to perform their mashup of Numb/Encore which is one of my all time favorites.

“Who do you admire out of the new breed of divas?”

Mariah: “I don’t really follow every new act — they come out constantly. There are so many, it’s often hard to keep track, and sometimes they’re here today and gone tomorrow. I admire my friends, like Beyoncé and Nicki Minaj — people who seem destined to be doing this for a living with longevity.”
