Beyonce: Lima, Peru Concert Confirmed For February 2010
As we reported late last month, it is now official that the Queen B will be performing in Lima, Peru in mid February. Below is the official word from LivingInPeru.com
Beyoncé will include Lima in the Latin American section of her world tour “I am Sasha Fierce,” according to Peruvian production company Kandavu.
The concert has been scheduled for Feb. 16, as local media has reported.
Kandavu Producciones spokesman Alejandro Gonzalez told Peru.com that the show is “totally confirmed” and will be held at the esplanade of the Monumental Stadium in the district of Ate Vitarte.
Gonzalez said he is also negotiating with the Peruvian group Adammo to be the opening band.
Beyoncé, who just completed her 2009 tour across the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia, has become one of the most influential female entertainers worldwide.
