Beyonce & Jay-Z: Answer The Call Press Conference [Video + Photos]
Jay and B are sure keeping busy the last couple of days from Donetsk, Ukraine to The Barclay’s to the Pool Party At The Williamsburg Waterfront.
Earlier today (Monday Aug. 31) Jay-Z held a press conference to announce his “Answer the Call” charity concert at Madison Square Garden in New York City on September 11. He was joined by wife Beyoncé, Lyor Cohen, Kevin Liles, Governor David Paterson, and Fire Commissioner Nicholas Scoppetta.
The benefit hopes to raise as much as $1 million for the New York Police and Fire Widows’ and Children’s Benefit Fund. There may be as many as 10 other artists involved in the show. Tickets go on sale September 8 for $50.

Let’s Dance: Single Ladies [Dutch TV Host John Williams]
In Holland they have a new TV show called “Let’s Dance” on which famous Dutch celebs reenact well known movies and music vidoes for charity. The dutch tv-host John Williams does ‘Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)’ by Beyonce in the program “Let’s Dance” on RTL4!
Beyonce & Jay-Z: 2009 Pool Party At The Williamsburg Waterfront [Photos + Video]
The story of the day would have been that after an opening set by Beach House, followed by a brief introduction by Senator Chuck Schumer and then Grizzly Bear closed out the 2009 Pool Party season at the Williamsburg Waterfront with a beautiful 1+ hour set in front of the Manhattan skyline on a perfect Brooklyn day. Instead, Beyonce and Solange Knowles, as well as Jay-Z decided to show up and watch Grizzly Bear from the soundboard. And that become the real topic of conversation for twitterers, texters, and the throngs of people walking toward Bedford around 7:30pm when the concert was over.

Beyonce & Jay-Z: 2009 Barclays Golf Tournament [Photos]
The Barclays’ official Twitter feed (@thebarclaysgolf) is reporting that less that 24 hours after performing in Ukraine, both Jay-Z and Beyonce were among the crowd at the 2009 Barclays Golf Tournament at Liberty National Golf Course in Jersey City today.

I Am… World Tour [Donetsk, Ukraine Concert Video + Photo]
On August, 29th Beyonce performed at the Grand Open of the “Donbass Arena” stadium in Donetsk, Ukraine as part of her I Am… World Tour. Above she dedicates her smash hit “Halo” as a tribute to Michael Jackson. This was Beyonce’s first ever show in Ukraine and what an honor it had to been to open this amazing new arena.
